This offer is for enrollment into the CRA. Association membership is required to obtain any and or all of the benefits. The health insurance plan is offered as part of the association membership. The CRA uses Limited Medical Insurance plans. In addition, CRA provides access to noninsurance network savings. Not all of the membership benefits are a health insurance.  The discount medical benefits are NOT INSURANCE. The members plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. And the network portion does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.  The association member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the plan.

The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary, depending on the type of provider and the medical or ancillary service received.  Discounts for prescription drugs are only available at participating pharmacies.  RX is not administered by AccessOne.

The plan may be terminated within 30 days and a full refund of the dues will be made less the one-time processing and enrollment fee. The plan is not a replacement for a health insurance nor is intended as a substitute for any health insurance policy.  The plan is not protected by any state Life & Health Guarantee Association.
